I will adhere to all the rules of the Slam Addiction class. I will attend one church service a week at the approved churches given, I will do all of the weekly assignments and I will not be absent from a class during the course. I will not wear anything that has rude or foul language on it, nor advertisement for alcohol, nor pictures that suggest anything imporper. If I break any of these rules I understand I could be asked to leave the course.
